中国企业在食品安全中的责任和信誉

Responsibility & Prestige of Chinese Firms in Food Safety

摘要 《食品安全法》于2009年6月1日正式执行,这标志着中国食品质量安全工作进入到一个新的发展阶段,同时也预示着食品安全工作不仅将得到加强,更重要的是食品安全状况将得到明显改善。在这一过程中,企业的责任落实的如何将是至关重要的。前不久,中国食土商会霍建国会长应外交部下属的中国国际问题研究基金会邀请,于2009年6月22日在《国际食品与生态安全战略高层论坛》上发表了题为《中国企业在食品安全中的责任和信誉》的演讲,展现了食土行业努力学习和贯彻新的《食品安全法》的信心和决心。现刊出,供业内企业参考。 The Food Safety Law has been put into effect from I June 2009. It signals a new development stage in the quality and safety work of Chinese food, and also indicates that the food safety work will be not only enhanced, but also the food safety condition will be improved markedly. In this process it is of the utmost importance to see how the responsibility of the firms is realized. Not long ago, President Huo Jianguo of CFNA, invited by China Foundation for International Studies, delivered a speech entitled Responsibility & Prestige of Chinese Firms in Food Safety at the High-Level Forum of International Food & Ecological Safety Strategy on 22 June 2009. It shows the confidence and determination to learn and carry out the new Food Safety Law in the foodstuffs and native produce sector.
