国际国内一些重要农产品价格经历了2008年历史最高点后不断回落。2009年上半年国际国内市场价格总体上持续回落。未来短时间内国际国内农产品价格走势如何？我国政府相关主管部门如何根据农产品价格走势选择农产品进出口宏观调控目标和手段？我国农产品进出口经营主体如何根据国际国内农产品供求关系变化及其价格走势合理地开展农产品国际贸易？
Due to the transmission of fluctuation in markets of global agro-products, the sliding pressure on market prices in domestic farm produce is increasing or not deceasing. It is necessary to stabilize the market prices in domestic agro-products and balance the interests between the consumers and producers, so as to boost a stable growth in agriculture and a sustained increase in income of farmers. It＇s also of importance to balance the supply and demand for major farm produce in domestic market by import and export.
