Learning from Japan＇s Experience to Vitalize the Industry

2009年5月19-24日，食土商会食用菌分会组织多家行业骨干企业赴日本长野县学习考察食用菌工厂化栽培技术，并与当地农协、生产和流通企业进行了交流。

From 19 to 24 May,2009, the Muhsroom Chamber of CFNA organized the Chinese industry delegation to visit Japan, the leading mushroom producer and consumer in the world. In Japan, the most cultivated mushrooms are Shiitake, Enoki, Buna-Shimeji, King Oyster, Maitake and Nameko. Many mushrooms are produced in autoclavable, re-usable, polypropylene bottles. Therefore, the study focused on the bottle production system and markets. Besides, Chinese delegation had meetings with Japanese mushroom growers, traders and associations to exchange views on mushroom business.
