摘要
氧化铝中氧化钠含量的测定,一般采用加入正丁醇作为增感剂,然后用原子吸收火焰光度法测定,该方法除测定周期长外,正丁醇对人体健康有极大危害。文章提出了不加正丁醇而采用高灵敏度原子吸收光谱仪直接测定氧化铝中氧化钠含量的改进方法,结果表明:改进后的方法稳定性、重现性都与传统方法一样,而且缩短了测量时间,减少了有机试剂对环境的影响,适合批量检测工作的分析需求。
The sodium oxide content in aluminum oxide is usually determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry with n-butanol as sensitizer, which is time consuming and harmful to human health. This paper proposes an improved method without n-butanol to directly determine sodium oxide in aluminum oxide by highly sensitive Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The results show that the improved method is as stable and reliable as the traditional one, moreover, is quicker and healthier. It can meet the demand of analysis in large quantities.
