摘要
文章通过对新产品开发市场特性的阐述,以及对新产品开发阶段性风险进行分析,指出开发风险是客观存在的,开发中各个阶段的风险损失和风险因素不相同,所以在新产品开发中,要分阶段采取不同手段来加强风险管理,才能使新产品开发达到赢利的目的。
Through the illustration of market characteristic of new product development and the analysis of the new product development gradual risk,it pointed out that the development risk is objective, and the risk loss and the risk factor in each stage of the development are different. Therefore, different methods must be adopted to strengthen the risk management in each stage of the new product development, which enable the enterprises to achieve the profit goal.
