服饰行业员工敬业度及其影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究以服饰行业为研究对象,发现其员工敬业度除了理性敬业和感性敬业两个维度,还存在一个有关个人价值认可与体现的维度。通过回归分析发现,工作特点、工作认可和价值感、公平感、组织管理程序、内部关系和组织价值与目标六方面因素服饰行业员工的敬业度不同维度有着不同的影响。
