摘要
目的：研究缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压左室重构的影响。方法：原发性高血压（EH）经彩色多普勒超声心动图证实有左室肥厚患者68例，给予缬沙坦80mg／d或160mg／d，服药8个月监测血压并复查彩色多普勒超声心动图行自身对照。结果：EH患者治疗前后收缩压及舒张压显著降低（P〈0.01），左心室舒张末径（LVI Pd）、室间隔厚度（IVSTd）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）、左室重量指数（LVMI）显著下降（P〈0.01）。结论：缬沙坦有确切的降压效果，并可改变EH的左室重构。
Objective：To study the effect of Valsartan on left ventricular re modeling in patients with essential hypertension. Methods：Left ventricular hypertrophy was diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography in 68 patients with essential hypertensive. All patients were treated with valsartan （80mg to 160 mg per day） for eight month. After treatment, patients＇ blood pressure and echocar- diography were compared with the original. Results： Patients＇ systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased （P 〈0.01）. LVIPd, IVSTd, LVPWT and LVMI reduced （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions： Valsartan was effective on hypertension and left ventricalar remodeling.
