The Tenth Five-year Plan is a stage of landmark importance in the history of the development of education in Fujian. With the great efforts of the whole province, there is a great leap forward in the development of the cause of education. Many successful actions taken during the five years are very creative; the ways and methods formed are very effective; and the experience gained are very precious.
