摘要 教师培训管理的有效性关系到各种投入的效率和教师队伍整体素质的提升,当前存在有效性缺乏的主要原因是供需不对应、规划不系统、管理不科学和缺乏自主性等。教师培训有效性的评判应以参训教师满意、选派单位满意、培训主管部门满意和培训提供部门的满意度为评判标准,通过问卷调查和跟踪随访以及意见反馈等方式获得。提升有效性应当通过建立满意度反馈机制来创新管理模式、创新培训内容和创新培训形式实现。 The effectiveness of educational training management concerns the promotion of the efficiency of different investment and the quality of the teaching forces. The main reasons for the lack of efficiency at present include the imbalance of supply and demand, unsystematic planning, unscientific management, and the lack of independence. The criteria for judging the efficiency of teacher training must be based on the extent of satisfaction on the sides of the trainee teachers, their work units, the superintending department, and the training department, and the extent of satisfaction can be obtained by means of questionnaires, follow-up visits, and feedback. The promotion of efficiency can be achieved by setting up the mechanism of satisfaction feedback to innovate the mode of management, content and the mode of training.
