巴金作为思想改造对象在《团圆》的创作中,思想并不是在自如的空间运行的,作品显得滞涩、沉重。《英雄儿女》的作者毛烽本身就是一个革命者,革命者写革命文学,在创作空间中是较为自由的,作品流畅,基调比《团圆》明亮得多。《英雄儿女》比起《团圆》显得通畅明快也与文体有关系。小说《团圆》中有很多叙述、议论,全篇采用的基本上是间接叙述。电影《英雄儿女》就得考虑直观的表演效果。《团圆》的人物处理是分散形的,《英雄儿女》的人物处理是向心形的,还充分调动了电影的声像艺术手段进行处理。

On the contrast, the arrangements of the film Heroical Youth is more fluent and smooth since the audio-visual effects of the film should be considered. And the treatment of the characters in the film is centripetal, and some media like sound effects are also used.
