摘要
试验设计分别采用CIDR+PGF2α法、PGF2α一次注射法和PGF2α二次注射法3种不同处理方法对受体牛进行同期发情处理。结果显示:育成牛的同期发情率85.9%,显著高于带犊经产牛64.1%(P<0.01)。带犊3个月以上的经产牛的同期发情率明显高于带3个月以下的经产牛的同期发情率(P<0.01)。舍饲情况下,CIDR+PGF2α处理后的同期发情率为91.4%,受体移植可用率为74.3%,高于单独一次PGF2α或两次PGF2α处理,另外,CIDR+PGF2α处理受体牛同期发情时间比两次PGF2α早12h,而且同期化发情程度高于2次PGF2α。但CIDR+PGF2α和两次PGF2α处理同期发情方法对受体牛胚胎移植妊娠率没有影响。
In order to study the effect of different methods of estrus synchronization on the pregnant rate of embryo transplantation, recipient cows were randomly divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ were once muscle injected PGF2α,Group 2 were injected PGF2α twice, Group 3 were implanted CIDR and injection PGF2α. the results showed that the rate of synchronous Estrus of nulliparity cows was 85.9% ,It was higher than 64.1% of muhiparity cows and muhiparity cows nursing calf more than 3 months higher than that less than 3 months. Under feodlot condition, the rates of synchronous Estrus of cows treated by CIDR in combination with PGF2α was 91.4%, The rates of eligible recipients for embryo transfer of cows treated by CIDR in combination with PGF2α was 74.3%, It were obviously higher than these of cows treated with only once PGF2α or twice treatment with PGF2α. The onset of Estrus in recipients treated by CIDR in combination with PGF2α was 12 hours early and higher rate of synchronous Estrus than that that of twice treatment with PGF2α. CIDR in combination with PGF2α and twice treatment with PGF2α had not influence on the pregnancy rate of recipients.
