摘要
建立大型储罐基于完整性的技术评价体系,可以科学地判断和评价储罐的运行风险和管理风险。通过对较高风险和较低完整性等级的储罐进行有重点、有针对性地维护管理和检验检测,可以有效地降低储罐系统的风险,提高储罐的运营效益。针对储罐完整性评价技术提出了储罐完整性的含义,评价过程的基本框架和实施的技术路线,并通过一个实例说明了储罐群完整性评价技术的应用。
Through establishing an integrity evaluation system for large size Atmospheric (AST), the operating risk and managing risk can be calculated and evaluated. According Storage Tanks to the evaluating results, a targeted and effective inspection and should be implemented to the tanks with higher risk and lower integrity categories. The AST components risks can be reduce effectively and the benefits of AST operation can be promoted. A meaning of tanks integrity is brought forward in this paper. The evaluation processing and technique route are also presented. At the same time an example is used to show the procedure of AST integrity evaluating.
