摘要
在传统领导—成员交换(LMX)理论基础上,以中国文化背景下的领导成员交换关系为研究对象,通过对人际关系差序格局的分析,概述了中国文化背景下的领导成员交换(LMX)具备的特征,形成中国人际关系格局下的组织圈层结构模型。该模型突破原有理论研究的微观组织边界,并基于中国人际关系格局下领导成员交换(LMX)的特征提出了优化领导成员交换关系的几点建议。
This paper takes the leader - member exchange under the Chinese culture context as the reasearch object based on the traditional leader- member exchange theory, and analyses the Chinese Different Sequence Pattern. Then it puts forward the model of organizational circle layer combined with Chinese Different Sequence Pattern and the characters of Leader - Member Exchange (LMX) under the pattern. The model breakthroughs the limit of the original research, and presents some advices for leaders to manage organization.
