摘要
基于产品差异化建立了一个具有R&D过程的双寡头博弈模型。从促进技术进步、产品的价格、企业的生产规模、企业的利润以及社会总福利的角度出发,研究企业的战略联盟形式选择问题。研究表明,企业的战略联盟形式的选择不仅与研发成果溢出率有关,而且还与产品的差异度以及R&D的效率有关。
This paper constructs a game model of the duopoly with process R&D and product differentiation. It analyzes the selection of the form of the firm strategic alliance through the perspectives of technology progress, the price of product, output and profit of the firms and the total welfare. Result shows that selection of the form of the firm strategic alliance is not relevant to R&D output spillover coefficient but also differential degree of product and efficiency R&D .
