摘要
通过定性和定量分析,干群关系、政治晋升机会、职业声誉以及受教育程度是主要影响因素,因此必须创新村干部的激励机制,创新村级主要干部选拔方式和培训机制,创新新型干群关系。
Through qualitative method and quantitative method this paper finds that political opportunity for promotion, reputation and professionai level of education are the main influencing factors of village cadres working power. Therefore it is necessary to encourage innovation of the mechanisms of village cadres, of Village cadres selection methods and training mechanisms, of new relationship between cadres and the masses.
