公共图书馆特色数据库建设调查分析及对策研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Special Collection Construction of the Public Libraries

通过对国内市级以上公共图书馆自建特色数据库的调查,发现公共图书馆反映地方经济、参考决策内容的数据库较少,数据库缺乏标准,知识产权突出等问题。针对存在的问题,提出公共图书馆应加大地方经济、政治、参考决策等内容数据库的建设并与有关部门联合建设专题知识库,加强数据库建设的标准化和规范化,合理解决知识产权的纠纷及加强宣传推广等对策。

Through the investigation of the special collections of municipal public libraries in China,some problems in the special collection construction are found, such as less collections for local economy and policy - making, lacking of database standards, and the outstanding IPRs issues. To solve these problems, some countermeasures are suggested including increasing the collection for local economic, political and policy - making, setting up thematic knowledge databases in conjunction with relevant departments, standardizing the database construction,resolving the IPRs disputes in reasonable ways.
