摘要
研究了8磁极主动磁悬浮轴承-转子系统的非线性动力学特性,建立了系统的非线性动力学模型,并通过Taylor公式对其进行非线性展开,用数值方法对得到的系统空间状态方程进行分析,通过M atlab软件编程,借助Poincare影射和Lyapunov指数对系统的运动形态进行分析,结果发现在一定参数条件下,系统会产生分叉和混沌现象,并结合试验分析了系统在不同参数条件下的运动状态。
The nonlinear dynamical behaviors of rotor system supported by an 8 pole active magnetic bearing (AMB) are researched. System' s non - linear dynamics model is established, and transformed into non - linear form through Taylor formula. The space state equations is given and analyzed by numerical method. Through Matlab programming, Poincare maps are given and Lyapunov index are calculated, which are used to analyze the system' s dynamical behaviors. The result shows that there existed bifurcation and chaos in the system when there are some definite parameters. The system' s motion state in different parameter condition is analyzed with the experiment.
