The Implementation and Construction on Application-oriented Undergraduate Talent Training Programs for Modern Logistics

根据社会对物流应用型本科人才需求的基本规律,分析人才需求变量与供给之间的关系,提出了人才培养方案构建的哲学理念。按照工业生产的基本特征,提出了人才培养方案制订的基本依据,并从人才培养的变化过程分析了人才培养方案的基本架构与内涵,最后,提出了人才培养方案实施的措施。

According to the basic law of social demand on application-oriented undergraduate talent of logistics, the relationship between talent demand variable and supply is analyzed and the philosophy concept on construction of talent training program is proposed. In accordance with the basic characteristics of production, the fundamental basis about talent training pro- grams is put forward and the basic structure and connotation on talent training programs is analyzed from the change process of talent training. Finally, the measures for the implementation on talent training programs is proposed.
