摘要
随着高校人事制度改革的进一步深化,高校教师的工作压力日渐凸显。作为一种压力管理与精神激励的组织机制,EAP(员工援助计划)已经在国外得到广泛应用。本文介绍了EAP的含义、发展历程及在高校人力资源管理中的适用性,并且提出了高校实施EAP的具体应用。
With the deepening reform of personnel system in universities, university faculty's mental pressure becomes more and more prominent. As an organizational mechanism of faculty's pressure management and spirit motivation, EAP has be applicated abroad widely. This paper introduces the concept and history of EAP, as well as the adaptability of EAP in the university human resources management, proposes the measures of EAP completion in the university.
