摘要
财富中心二期公寓楼工程为超高层建筑,施工临时用水的设置采用分阶段、分层次的设置方法,即在工程施工初期设置室外临时用水给水系统,在结构施工阶段设置楼内生产及消防用水系统,在装饰阶段采用正式的消火栓给水系统先行完善、启用的方法;水源选择充分利用施工期间施工降水,并将楼内的施工废水循环利用。与传统作法比较,水资源更节约,消防更安全,操作更简单,运行与维护成本显著降低,具有良好的综合效益。
The project of Fortune Center （Ⅱ） is a high-rise building,the design and installation in temporary application was set by stages and Hierarchically, the outdoor temporary water supply system was set early in construction installation,the production water system and the temporary fire fighting system were set in the stage of construction structure,in the fine fitment stage, we use the formal fire fighting system to take the place of the temporary fire fighting system;we take a good consideration on the usage of downcast water,as well as the wastewater from the building. Compare with traditional methods of work,it was more economical and safer and more simple,the cost of operation and maintenance was reduced prominently,it was a great overall efficiency.
