拿来与继承:反思我国教师发展学校建设 被引量:2

摘要 为适应基础教育改革的现实需求,有效推动我国教师专业化发展,有学者借鉴美国专业发展学校模式(PDS),致力于PDS的本土化建设。经过近十年的探索,国内建立起多所教师发展学校。但笔者认为目前国内教师发展学校的建设还存在诸多问题。回溯中国近代教育史,陶行知先生的晓庄学校对解决我国教师发展学校的现存问题,切实促进我国教师专业化发展具有重要的借鉴意义,在"拿来"与"继承"之间实现其本土化的生长。
