摘要
变压边力技术可以根据成形过程不同阶段的变形特点来设置板料成形所需要的压边力,因此可以充分利用板料成形性能,提高零件成形质量。但是得到复杂零件成形过程中变压边力的形式仍是板料成形领域的难题。该文以矩形件为对象,通过数值模拟技术,提出了基于压边圈位移变化确定变压边力的方法。
The technology of variable blank holder force (VBHF) is the blank holder force can be disposed according to the forming characters of different phases in sheet metal forming. So sheet metal formability can be taken fully and products quality improved. However, it is difficult that how to design the VBHF for the complicated parts forming. In this paper, the sheet forming simulation of rectangular box was conducted and the method of determining VBHF were proposed based on the displacement in the Z direction of blank holder.
