下颌角外板分段截除术的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨改进的下颌角外板截除术对于下颌角肥大的治疗效果。方法对于下颌角肥大的患者通过下颌角区外板截除的手术方法进行治疗,通过口内切口进行下颌角外板截除的过程中,将截骨区域分段进行截除。结果应用外板分段截除术对15例下颌角肥大患者进行矫治,手术过程简便、安全,取得了良好的美容效果。结论本方法术后效果良好,操作简单,并发症少,适合大多数下颌角肥大的患者。
