2型糖尿病患者血液中多种分子水平变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血浆中血管性血友病因子(vWF)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI-1)、D二聚体(DD)、可溶性纤维蛋白单体复合物(SFMC)、血浆凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物(TAFI)及血清急性时相反应蛋白:C反应蛋白(CRP)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-AAG)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)在糖尿病患者血液中的变化及临床意义。方法分别应用ELISA及发色底物法测定DM患者血浆vWF含量、PAI-1、DD、SFMC、TAFI活性;免疫散射比浊法测定血清急性时相反应蛋白,并与52例糖尿病无血管并发症组和99例健康对照组比较。结果检测结果表明,糖尿病组PAl-1、vWF、DD、SFMC和TAFI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);并发大血管病变组与只并发微血管病变组相比,vWF和SFMC差异有显著性(P<0.05);糖尿病组CRP、α1-AAG、CER等水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),并随着糖尿病并发症的出现,急性时相反应蛋白水平逐渐升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论急性时相反应蛋白与糖尿病血管损伤和功能变化的发生、发展等疾病进程有显著相关性,联合检测上述分子对糖尿病及其并发症的诊断、治疗和病情观察均有重要的临床意义。
