摘要
用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)、天然芸苔素(NBR)浸种处理无籽西瓜种子,探讨这几种植物生长调节剂在无籽西瓜发芽上的应用效果。结果表明:细胞分裂素(6-BA)和天然芸苔素(NBR)浸种均能明显促进种子活力,提高种子发芽率和发芽势,使幼苗生长健壮、整齐一致,其中以150mg/L6-BA与1∶4000 NBR处理效果最佳。赤霉素处理对种子发芽无明显效果,且苗长势不良,其原因有待进一步验证。
In the experiment, the seeds of seedless watermelon were soaked with different concentrations of gibberellic acid (GA3), benzyladenine (6-BA) and natural brassinolide (NBR) to study their effects on germination of seedless watermelon. The results showed that 6-BA and NBR could remarkably promote the seed vitality, increase the germination rate and germination vigor, and make seedling grow well, and the effects of 150 mg/L 6-BA and NBR solution diluted with 4000 times were the best. GA3 solution soaking had no significant effects on seed germination of seedless watermelon and the seedling didn't grow well, and the reasons needed to be further proven.
