摘要
在Ansoft的Maxwe112D有限元软件中建立模型,分析比例电磁铁固定铁芯与可动铁芯锥面形状、吸合面位置、磁性材料对电磁铁电磁力的影响。计算表明不同的锥面形状、不同的锥面长度和厚度、吸合面位置在零点之上、选用高饱和磁感应强度的材料可获得较好电磁力,计算结果可以用于比例电磁铁的优化设计。
This paper establishes the model using Maxwe112D of Ansoft corporation, analyses influence of electromagnet force by style of pyramidal face of stator core and plunger, position, and magnetic material. The result shows that different style of pyramidal face, different length pyramidal face, different thickness pyramidal face, position, material of saturation induction density may produce better electromagnet force. The results can be used for the optimal design.
