摘要
利用管理学方法SWOT法(态势分析法)分析了《生态学杂志》的自身客观条件(优势和劣势)和外部环境因素(机遇和威胁),探讨了适合该刊的发展策略,认为目前该刊需要充分调动和发挥编辑的主体意识,进行选题和组稿;在确保质量的前提下,缩短稿件的发表时滞,提高发稿速度;充分进行网络化,广泛宣传,提高刊物的知名度;与国际出版社和数据库合作,使刊物的国际化,提高刊物的综合竞争力。
Based on the SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) method, the own characteristies(strengths and weaknesses) and environmental factors( opportunities and threats) of Chinese Journal of Ecology were analyzed, and the developing strategy was suggested. Selected subjects and acquisition, assurance quality, shorten the time lag of papers publication, reinforce publicity using internet and meetings, cooperate with international publications and databases are the strategies to improve the competition ability in the market of all science journals.
