摘要 为满足城市供热需求,内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司对原机组中低压缸连通管进行了改造,达到了抽汽供热要求。改造机组保留了纯冷凝机组特点,也可享受供热机组的优先调度安排,机组负荷率和煤耗等指标都将得到改善。通过校核,证明技术成熟、方案可行且汽轮机各受力部件强度全部满足改造后运行条件。 ZhunGeEr power plant at the right moment makes the transformation to the original unit mesolow cylinder communicating pipe, achieves pulls out the steam heating request, and after transforming, both retains the pure condensing unit characteristic,and may enjoy the heating unit the priority scheduling arrangement, targets and so on unit load factor and coal consumption will be improved. Through the examination, result this kind of technology is mature,the plan is feasible,and after the steam turbine various stress part intensity satisfies the transformation,completely the operating condition, does not need to replace the part.
