摘要 主要介绍了小油枪点火及稳燃技术的原理,并分析了少油点火方式下火焰的燃烧特点。锅炉安装少油点火系统后,如果完全采用小油枪点火方式启动锅炉,原有的最下层磨煤机的控制逻辑和锅炉主保护逻辑就需要修改,以满足投用少油点火系统的要求。对存在的问题进行分析后,对相关的逻辑进行改进和完善。改进后的画面增加了"少油点火模式"和"正常运行模式",实现了锅炉的安全启动和运行。 This paper mainly introduced the theory of small oil gun ignition and steady ignition technology, and has analyzed the flame burning characteristic under the few oil ignition way. After the boiler installed the few oil ignition system,if completely using the small oil gun ignition way to start boiler, the original bottom pulverizer control logic and boiler main protection logic needs to revise to satisfy the few oil ignition system requested. After analyzing the existing problem, the paper has made improvement and consummation to the related logic. The improved picture has increased "few oil ignition mode" and "normal operation mode". The power plant has realized the safe starting and operation of the boiler.
