发电厂锅炉变频给粉控制系统的设计

摘要 对发电厂锅炉变频给粉控制系统进行了设计,重点讲述了变频器的控制电路,包括同操器、单操器的电路设计,并对该系统进行了模拟实验。实验表明,改变变频器频率可以控制电机转速,能够实现电机根据负荷的变化变速运行自动调节给粉量的目的,既满足了生产需要,又能降低电能消耗,延长设备使用寿命。 Conversion to the powder plant boiler control system designing was made in this paper, focusing on the control of the inverter circuit,including the parade, and a single operator of the circuit design. The system simulation experiments showed that changes in frequency converter can control the motor speed to achieve the motor load changes in accordance with variable-speed operation for automatic adjustment, for the volume of powder can meeting the production needs. All these advances could get lower power consumption, achieve extend equipment life.
