摘要
用于船舶防污漆的三丁基锡(TBT)能引起腹足类雌性个体发生雄性化的畸变现象。本文介绍了引起腹足类性畸变的其他污染物,存在性畸变现象的腹足类种类,以及腹足类性畸变的形态特征、发生过程和畸变划分图等,分析了目前全球一些典型区域腹足类性畸变程度的现状,归纳了TBT引起腹足类性畸变分子机理的5种假说,最后展望了在腹足类性畸变方面需要进一步研究的几个重要问题。
Tributyltin (TBT) compounds are used as biocides in the antifouling paints and can induce the phenomenon of imposex in gastropods, and are characterized as the occurrence of imposition of male sex in female individuals. In present paper, other contaminants inducing imposex, species of gastropods showing imposex, and the morphological expressions, development and classification scheme of imposex were introduced. The analysis of degree of imposex in gastropods in some typical areas in the world was done. Five hypotheses for the molecular mechanism of imposex induced by TBT were deduced. In the end, several important aspects of the researches of imposex in gastropods in the future were prospected.
