摘要
设计出一种氨基磷酸盐阻燃聚合物,其组成为乙醇胺磷酸盐、季戊四醇、氯化钠(氯化镁)、丙烯酰胺和耐紫外线交联剂。聚合物固化采用亚硫酸钠、过硫酸铵的氧化还原体系。以此阻燃聚合物研制出一种高透明度、耐热、耐寒、耐紫外线辐照和耐火极限长的防火玻璃。
A flame retarding polymer, amino-phosphorate, composed of mono-ethanol-amine phosphorate ,pentaerythritol, sodium chloride ( magnesium chloride ) , acrylamide , and ultraviolet resistant cross linker was formulated. Sodium sulfite and ammonium persulfate were used as solidified agent. The new developed fire resistant glass show characteristics such as excellent transparent, heat and cold resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistant and good fire-resistance.
