改性玉米芯吸附剂脱除废水中酸性大红的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以酸性大红染色废水为研究对象,初步研究了改性玉米芯吸附剂脱色时各影响因子的作用机制,通过正交实验确定了改性玉米芯脱色的最佳操作条件为:pH为2、初始浓度50mg/L、吸附平衡时间60min,此条件下废水的脱色率普遍大于85%。在各影响因子与脱色率的关系曲线基础上,初步探讨了各影响因子的作用机理。 With dyeing wastewater containing acid scarlet red as goal of study for discolouration,influencing factors and acting mechanism of its discolouration with the absorbent modified corn-cob are investigated.And its optimal process conditions are determined through orthogonal experiments as follows:pH=2,initial concentration 50mg/L,and average absorbing time 60min;under these conditions,colour removal rate is more than 85% in general.Basing on the curve showing the relationship between influencing factor and colouration removal rate,the acting mechanism of individual factor is studied.
