纳米Ag-SiO_2抗感染导尿管体外抑菌性能检测分析 被引量:4

摘要 留置导尿是临床上常见的诊断治疗措施,不仅是观察病情的需要,也是治疗某些疾病的主要措施。但是,留置尿管极易导致尿路感染,本研究制备了纳米Ag-SiO2抗菌剂,将其运用于导尿管表面,制备成纳米Ag-SiO:抗感染导尿管,然后采用琼脂扩散法,以普通尿管为对照,探讨该导尿管体外环境下对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌杀菌作用,报告如下。
