The Burning Loss Analysis of the Insulating Parallel Groove Clamps of JBL series & Measures for Improvement

并沟线夹的使用安全直接关系到城市配电线路的可靠性能,在分析了JBL系列线夹的结构和运行的基础上,结合现场实际,发现了在城乡电网改造与配电绝缘导线配套使用中,此类线夹的使用故障导致了多起事故,分析了事故原因,结合长期现场实践经验,提出了改进措施。

The safety level of the parallel groove clamps is closely related to the reliability of the power distribution network of a city. On the basis of the analysis of the structures and operations of JBL series clamps,combined with the practical situations,it is found that in the process of reconstructing the city and countryside power grid,the application of this type of clamp to the distribution insulated conductor has resuited in a number of accidents. After analyzing the causes of these accidents, combined with our long-term practical experience,we have proposed some measures to improve the situation.
