Improvements on Safety Assessment of Electric Power Enterprises

通过探讨安全性评价的基本含义,根据安全性评价的起源和理论基础原理,结合多年电力安全评价实际经验,从安全性评价的规范、实践、特点、效果等方面,重点分析了电力企业安全性评价的现状及存在的不足,提出了改进电力企业安全性评价的基本思路和方法。

Based on discussing the basic meaning of safety assessment, according to the origin and theoretical basis principal of the safety assessment, and combined with practical experience of the safety assessment in many years,this paper mainly analyzed the current situation of safety appraisal in electric power enterprises and existing problems in it, and then proposed the basic idea and method to improve safety assessment of electric power enterprises.
