船用液动阀误动作分析与解决方案

摘要 在分析船用液动阀误动作产生原因的基础上,系统加装液单向阀.该单向阀由接头式阀体、锥形阀芯、弹簧等组成,具有结构简单、安装方便的特点,用于现用液压系统的改造,能有效防止液压设备压力波动相互干扰、液压冲击. This paper briefly introduces the reason for wrong action of the fluid drive valve in the ships was happened, and to avoid with the check valve which has made up of valve body, conical valve-core, spring etc. it is the simple structure, convenient fixing, for changing hydraulic pressure system especially. It can be avoid interfere of equipments each other that is owing to the wave and impact of hydraulic pressure.
