钢板-混凝土组合桥面板静力与疲劳性能试验 被引量:28

Experiment on Static and Fatigue Behavior of Steel Plate-concrete Composite Bridge Decks

摘要 为了研究钢板-混凝土组合桥面板在静力及疲劳荷载下的受力性能,对8块钢板-混凝土组合桥面板试件进行了静力加载试验,并对6块组合桥面板试件进行了等幅疲劳试验,着重研究了组合桥面板中开孔钢板连接件孔中横向贯通钢筋布置及名义加载剪跨比2个因素对组合桥面板静载下受力行为的影响,同时分析了疲劳荷载下组合桥面板中开孔钢板布置形式、疲劳荷载幅值和疲劳加载循环次数对组合桥面板疲劳刚度和疲劳强度的影响。结果表明:组合桥面板均表现为典型的弯曲破坏,且具有较高的受弯承载能力和刚度;组合桥面板疲劳破坏形态均为底部钢板疲劳断裂破坏,其疲劳强度由底部钢板疲劳应力幅值确定。 In order to study the static and fatigue behavior of a new type of steel plate-concrete composite bridge decks, static loading experiment of eight specimens of the composite decks was carried out and constant-amplitude fatigue tests of six specimens were conducted. Both the influences of the transverse bars perforated the holes in the plate boundary layer (PBL) connectors and the nominal shear-span ratio of the decks on composite bridge decks' static behavior and the effects of the layout of the PBL connector, and the margin of the fatigue load as well as the numbers of fatigue load cycles on the fatigue behavior of the composite bridge decks were emphatically studied. Results show that all the specimens are failed as typical bending failure mode, and the composite bridge decks show high flexural rigidity, good ductility as well as better bearing capacity. Composite deck specimens are all failed due to the steel plate collapsing at certain fatigue load cycles related to the margin of fatigue loads and their fatigue strengths directly relate to the margin of the fatigue stress of steel plate.
