摘要 目前常用钻速模式中的岩石可钻性系数、钻压指数、转速指数和水功率指数等参数,是通过现场试验或处理大量的完井资料数据获得的,因此这些方程的应用局限于已钻井地区,而无法用于新探区,给新探区钻井参数的优选带来很大困难。通过分析大庆油田深井钻井上返岩屑的分形,计算了用上返岩屑分形特征表示的岩石可钻性级值,建立了可以实时预测岩石可钻性级值的模型。将该模型应用于分形表示的钻速模式并结合Amoco钻头寿命磨损模式,建立了以单位进尺成本模式为目标的目标函数,以钻进参数及相互间的配合在钻井工艺上应满足的条件为约束条件,组成了钻井参数实时优选的不等式约束多元非线性规划模型。应用该模型对大庆油田深井钻井参数进行了优选。 At present, the parameter used in drilling rate models, such as pocket factor, bit load index, rotary speed index, and water power efficiency etc. , were obtained by field tests or by processing completion data. Therefore, the models are limited to the drilled fields and can not be used in new fields which bring tremendous difficulties in optimization of drilling parameters. According to the fractal analysis of the upward cuttings of deep wells in Daqing Oilfield, the rock drillability was calculated and the model to predict the drillability was created. Applying this model to the drilling rate model combined with the Amoco bit wear model, an objective function using the drilling cost per meter for objective was created. Using drilling parameters and their cooperation in drilling technology as the constraint, a multivariate nonlinearity planning model for real-time drilling parameters optimization was created. This model was used in optimization of drilling parameters for deep wells in Daqing Oilfield.
