摘要
触变性水泥浆具有良好的触变性,易充满漏失层,被认为是目前解决恶性井漏问题的一项重要技术手段。笔者在调研触变性水泥浆的应用和研究的基础上,得出了改善水泥浆触变特性的机理,并依据该理论提出了一种新型的具有强触变特性的水泥浆。室内初步试验研究表明:强触变性水泥浆具有较好的触变性和流动性;在静止状态下,能较快形成高静胶凝强度;75℃温度下失水量为81mL,24h抗压强度达到19.4MPa,游离液量达到0.8%以下,均满足固井要求。该触变性水泥浆对于解决钻井完井过程中出现的裂缝性、溶洞性漏失难题有重要的现实意义。
Thixotropic cement slurry is considered as a promising solution to the serious lost circulation because of its good thixotropic property and easy to fill up the leaking zone. Based on application and research of thixotropic cement, the mechanism for thixotropy improvement of cement slurry was obtained, and a new cement system with powerful thixotropic property was built. The preliminary indoor tests showed that the thixotropic cement system has good thixotropic property and flowability; the thixotropic cement can acquire high static gel strength rapidly under static situation; its fluid loss under 75℃ is 81mL, its compressive strength is up to 19.4MPa after cured for 24h; and its free liquid is under 0.8% ; it can meet the requirements of cement job. The difficulties and opportunity in the development of Northeast Sichuan provide good application prospective for the new thixotropic cement system.
