摘要
位置敏感探测器是基于PN结横向光电效应的光电器件,在使用时通常会受到杂散光的影响。以往对PSD受杂散光影响的分析是基于实验或根据PSD的位置计算公式近似分析,不是很精确。基于Lucovsky方程,采用偏微分方程求解软件FlexPDE对二维PSD受杂散光的影响进行了数值仿真。结果表明,对于杂散光的干扰,位置网格图向PSD中心收缩,对于均匀杂散光而言,此收缩是对称的,而对于非均匀杂散光,此收缩是不对称的。该方法可以很方便地对PSD受杂散光的影响进行分析。
The position sensitive detector(PSD) is a photoelectric sensor which is based on lateral photo effect. PSDs are often affected by background light, and the typical analysis approach is experiment or approximate analysis based on the position calculating formulas. Thus the results are not precise. A numerical method for the two-dimensional PSD is presented which is affected by background light. The software FlexPDE is used to solve the Lucovsky equation. The results indicate that the position map will shrink symmetrically to the center of PSI) under well-distributed background light. Otherwise the map will shrink asymmetrically.
