论中国粮食安全与农业比较优势的发挥

On China's Grain Safety and the Full Play to Agricultural Comparative Priority

本文通过对中国粮食的国际贸易现状分析，指出保障粮食安全与发挥比较优势存在着矛盾，因此要从我国的基本国情、国内食物结构变化趋势、农业要素禀赋特点与比较优势结构的变化、国际农产品供求特点以及农户的存粮趋势等方面综合地思考我国粮食安全问题；

Based on the analysis of the current grain international trade situation of China,the author points out that guaranteeing grain safety is in contradiction with giving full play to agriculture comparative priority.Because of this,China's grain safety needs much comprehensive consideration of the following,i.e.(1)the changing trend of domestic diet structures;(2)the characteristics of agricultural factor endowment and the changes of comparative priority structure;(3)the supply and demand characteristics of international agricultural products.Furthermore,three policy suggestions are also presented in the paper.
