详细分析了GIS数据格式与KML数据格式的差异性和数据转换的技术瓶颈,并提出了解决方案和总体设计方法。以GIS中最常用的MapInfo数据格式为例,利用MapBasic语言在MapInfo平台上进行了二次开发,编写了一个数据转换插件,并基本实现了MapInfo到KML格式的数据转换。

By analyzing the differences in data format between GIS and KML and technical bottleneck during the data conversion,the paper puts forward the solution and general designing method. Taking the popularly used Maplnfo data as example, this paper presents a plug- in program for data conversion which is developed by MapBasic language on the base of Maplnfo platform. Data conversion from Maplnfo to KML is basically implemented.
