局域网产生于20世纪70年代,由于微型计算机的发明和迅速普及以及网络的出现和深入发展,局域网得到了长足的发展。当今的局域网按照共享介质访问控制方法分类,可分为总线型网(CSMA/CD网)、令牌总线型网(Token Bus网)、令牌环型网(Token Ring网)。通过对这三种不同局域网的比较,进一步理解不同网络的相关特性,从而针对不同的网络给出相适应的组网方式。

Local area network was created in 1970s and developed very fast due to the creation and popularity of microcomputer, improvement of computer technology and application of computer network. By applying the access control method, the present local area network can be classified as CSMA/CD network ,Token Bus network and Token Ring network. This paper presents different networking model by comparing the character of these three networks.
