护理本科生就业观调查及指导

Investigation and guidence of employment values in undergradute nurse students

目的:了解当代护理本科生的就业观,分析其潜在性误区,并结合当前就业形式与客观存在的社会问题,提出可靠性措施,以助其成功就业。方法:采取分层随机抽样调查方法,以问卷形式向相关学院的护理本科生展开调查。结果:部分护理本科生入学动机和目前的护理就业状况冲突,但大部分护生还是会选择从事护理工作。结论:学校、医院、社会应拓宽护生了解就业知识的渠道,加强就业指导。

Objective：This paper studied the work attitudes of nurse students at the present age , and in - depth analyse their potential misunderstanding, combined with the current form of employment with the objective of social problems, and try to find reliability measures ,thus enable them to successful employment. Methods： Take a stratified random sample survey of technology,and make an investigation by questionnaire to the relevant nursing undergraduate students. Results：Part of nursing undergraduate＇ motives conflict with the employment status of the current, however, the majority of nursing students will still choose to engage in nursing work o Conclusion： School, hospitaland social should broaden nursing students＇ understanding of the job knowledge of the channel, Strengthen the career guidance.
