国家助学贷款校级管理的现状及对策探讨

A Discussion of the Status Quo of the Management of the State-granted Student Loan and its Corresponding Countermeasures

目前,在国家助学贷款的校级管理中,存在着高校对助学贷款的管理缺乏足够重视,宣传力度不够,在协调学生与银行间关系上存在漏洞,以及贷款管理机构不健全和诚信制度的缺失等问题。因此,有必要加强学生的金融知识和诚信教育、建立学生诚信教育管理系统、加强校级管理机构队伍的建设、建立多元化的助学贷款监督体系、注重对贷款学生的人文关怀,并建立健全相关法律法规体系。

At present problems found in the management of the state-granted student loan mainly fall into the following aspects ： inadequate attention to the management of student loan, limited publication efforts, poor negotiation between students and banks, unhealthy loan mechanism and lack of faith system, etc. It is therefore of great necessity to strengthen the finance education and faith education among students, to establish a management system of faith education, to strengthen the construction of a managing team in the school level and a muhifaceted supervising mechanism, to give adequate human concern of students who ask for loans and establish a healthy system of laws and rules.
