胆道镜取石术并发症的原因分析及护理对策

Causative analysis on complications of patients undergoing calculus removed operation under choledochoscope and its nursing countermeasures

[目的]探讨胆道镜取石术后残余结石并发症的原因及护理对策。[方法]通过对237例胆道残余结石病人进行384例次经胆道镜取石术的护理观察,分析引起36例各种并发症的原因,并采取相应的护理措施。[结果]36例并发症病人经过妥善的处理和护理,无一例出现严重后果,转归较好。[结论]内镜专科护士要充分了解并发症的原因,熟悉临床表现及处理方法,而良好的护理配合是治疗成功的必要保证。

Objective： To probe into causes and nursing countermeasures of retained calculus complications for patients after undergoing calculus removed operation under choledochoscope. Methods： A total of 237 patients re tained biliary calculus accepted 384 times of calculus removed operation under choledochoscope were observed. Causes of 36 cases with complications have been analyzed. And corresponding nursing measures were taken for them. Results： Through proper treatment and nursing care,among 36 cases, none had occurred severe outcomes. And all of them have a better turnover. Conclusion. Endoscope special nurses should know about the causes of complications, familiar with clinical manifestations and treatment. And better nursing coordination is necessary assurance for successful treatment.
