The Research of the Connection between Administration Corruption and System in China

腐败是现代社会发展的毒瘤,反腐败对于社会的稳定和国家的长治久安具有重要的意义。腐败的根源在于制度的缺陷,只有坚持制度的建设和创新,才能从源头上遏制腐败现象的蔓延。本文通过对我国行政腐败的制度分析,探讨了我国行政腐败与制度约束的关系,提出了健全和完善制度约束的一些设想。

This text analyzes the system of administration corruption, arul then discusses the present condition and the relation between administration corntption and system restriction in our couutry. On the basis of these, it also puts forward some ways to solve the problem of administration corruption.
