摘要
随着国内广告行业的快速发展和环境的剧变,对广告人才的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求。而我国在广告人才的培养模式以及办学规模、培养方向和办学层次等方面都存在着诸多不足。如何改革办学模式,培养创新型广告人才,以满足市场对广告人才的需求,已成为中国广告行业发展的一个重要问题。
The rapid development and dramatic change of domestic advertising industry have set higher demands on the quantity and quality of advertising personnel. However, there exist many shortcomings in such aspects as our domestic cultivating pattern, running-school pattern, cultivating direction, running-school levels. How to solve such problems as reforming running-school pattern, cultivating creative advertising personnel, and meeting the market demand has become vital in China's advertising industry development.
