基于FTA-SHEL方法的库存弹药事故危险源辨识及分析

Identification and Analysis on Stock Ammunition Accident Hazard Source Based on FTA-SHEL Method

针对弹药库存安全的重要性,提出了一种基于FTA方法和SHEL理论模型的新方法,用于库存弹药事故危险源的辨识及分析。对FTA-SHEL方法的内容进行了解释说明,建立了实施方法的步骤。最后以弹药库房被盗事故为例,对提出的新方法进行了实际应用。

Aimed on the importance of stock ammunition safety, this paper puts forwards a new method based on FTA method and SHEL theory modd, to identify and analyze the hazard source of stock ammunition accident. FTA-SHEL method is explained, and the procedures of method are set up. Finally, the new method is applied by using an example of stock ammunition theft.
